Project Management

CFS has the ability to offer start to finishes project management service. We are able to guide the client through the design process, if need be, ensuring the designs meet the client’s budget and time constraints.

Trades

CFS has an extremely strong relationship with our trades that we take pride in maintaining. All our trades have worked with our Director for over 10 years, they all realise that they are part of the “team” and all work in together.

Maintenance

CFS can provide a service to maintain our client’s property, we are currently a preferred maintenance contractor at a few Shopping Centres across Melbourne. Clients can rely on our maintenance division to act with speed if something were arise.

In house Joinery

CFS joinery is made in house within our manufacturing site. This ensures all aspects of our joinery is quality controlled. CFS also has the ability to make joinery for a ‘supply only’ as well as supply and install.

Pricing

Our pricing is extremely competitive within the industry as we have an extremely strong relationship with our trades and suppliers to ensure we get the right price first time.

Project Handover

CFS has the ability to complete construction and fit outs with extreme efficiency, bringing our customers to ‘roll out’ stage quickly. CFS has never missed a handover to date.
